Description of tasks
Analyses
Analyse the strengths and weaknesses of myProto (customer and internal side) comparatively to the competition, and propose an action plan based on them.
Comparison of prices of the different market players
Commercial
- Define an action plan based on comments and problems – the goal being to enhance/improve the user experience + complete customer requests in regards/relation to myProto’s functionalities
- Define customer and internal needs in regards to myProto’s functionalities and discuss them with the myProto supervisor/manager/controller as well as the project owner.
- Come up with new proposals and an action plan
- Contacting people who have used myProto, but have not placed an order.
- Transfer new contacts to the myProto website’s mailing list (as long as it’s not automated)
- Monthly analysis of the number of registrations, order quantity/volume and profitability
Orders
- Processing and tracking of myProto orders
- Estimate the time spent by myProto
- Analyzing cost price vs selling price
- Complaint management (with the quality manager)
- Transfer new contacts to the myProto website’s mailing list (as long as it’s not automated)
- Monthly analysis of the number of registrations, order quantity/volume and profitability
Website
Coordination/development of website content (new functionalities/features and services, documentation, general information (white papers)) with the project owner and the myProto supervisor/manager/controller
Marketing
- Coordinate mailings (content – dispatch)
- Complete the AdWords list
- Search for prospects on LinkedIn and by other means (make proposals) and add them to the mailing list
- Other proposals to reach a maximum amount of prospects
Exposure
- Define the exhibitions in which myProto should participate
- Coordinate exhibitions (required equipment), reservation/booking, stand layout, …
- Participation in exhibitions
Other
- Follow-up on DVC offers
- Define clear KPIs to track the results and progression
