COVID-19 update – Logistic challenges

myProto is still fully operational. But of course we are facing the consequences of the COVID-19 situation.

The restrictions in China are declining but unfortunately the Global situation is still tense. As a result, there are limitations in personnel capacity and raw material procurement, but most of all in the field of global logistics.

As all companies, we are currently facing the reduction of logistics capacity, resulting in an increase of the freight prices. Our supply chain management team is in very close contact with our global service providers and partners in order to use the best possible conditions and routes to ensure the most optimal flow of goods for our customers.

Nevertheless, the likelihood that we are faced with longer delivery times or higher logistics costs is increasing. We do everything we can to process the available information in our myProto platform to give you the right price and delivery time for your project. Due to the rapidly changing market, it is possible that we have to adjust costs or delivery times afterwards. If that’s the case we will contact you and make you the best possible offer.
