Online PCBA Prototyping with special process

Do you need a PCBA prototype or series with a coating, die / wire bonding, customized cables, special pcb material or format, with disinfected pcb’s / pcba’s or other special process? Unlike our colleagues, we do offer special processes via our online platform. We have a wide network of partners who help us if we do not have the requested process in house. We will tell you how we ensure that we deliver your special PCBA quickly and perfectly.

Project steps for a special PCBA

For a new special PCBA project, we use the online platform for all standard elements of the project. This means we only need to focus on the special process. After receiving your description of the special process, we will review the technical implications. If the project is not clear to us, we will contact you to discuss the project. We make a proposal and after approval we execute the project.

These are special project steps:

1. Create your myProto account / or log in
2. Create a new project
3. Fill in your PCB data
4. Insert your BOM list
5. Insert your Gerber file
6. After giving us the standard data of your project you contact myProto for the special process
7. myProto review the technical implications and give a quote and process time
8. After the (online) payment we will start the project
9. myProto delivers the PCBA’s as agreed
