Before myProto starts with producing a new prototyping project an extensive pre-production analysis will be conducted. Project data will be reviewed and analysed. The purpose of this analysis is to prevent mistakes in the production due to potential errors in any of the data of the order.
After these checks, we will know whether or not the PCB assembly can be delivered according to the high standards of myProto. When everything has been verified, the order will be treated accordingly and the delivery date will be verified to the customer.
The Design for Manufacturing check is a standard procedure of the myProto service. This way we can be sure that we produce a perfect PCB assembly. We will implement small design adjustments directly. When larger adjustments are necessary we will contact you first.
After you have uploaded the project data, validate and checkout your order, myProto starts analysing the Gerber data and the production data.
The data will be analysed by software tools, but also by the engineers of myProto. This is how we know upfront whether or not the PCB can be produced and if the PCBA can be assembled perfectly.
