Customer Service Officer (f/m)
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer, who is committed to hard work. Our future colleague will serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Responsibilities:
Support your local market
- You process customer orders daily in our computer system by scrupulously respecting the deadlines and being as close as possible to the “zero rate” of errors. You communicate with customers either by mail, by phone or through our platform.
- You take care of filling out the administrative documents and bring your support in the coordination of the deliveries and the management of the new customers.
Customer Satisfaction :
- You make every exchange a positive experience for the customer by practicing active listening and searching for solutions.
- You analyse complaints, process them according to existing procedures and provide an alternative quickly.
- You receive questions from your customers and you inquire with the internal departments (logistics, billing, supply chain, carriers …) to obtain the appropriate answers.
Client Loyalty :
- You analyse the causes of the complaints and propose action plans to avoid them.
- You make every effort to understand the dynamics and culture of your market.
- You convey a professional image of DVC myProto in all circumstances.
Assisting the sales force :
- You deliver information to sales representatives based on their requirements (delivery data, complaints, etc.)
