Unfortunately, the difficult times are not over. There are signs of imminent allocations of components. We have already been warned about lead times longer than 6 months for important components such as microcontrollers. In addition, there is also the threat of a shortage of PCB base material. According to estimates, PCB prices could rise by as much as 35%.
On the myproto platform, we do everything we can to show current delivery times and prices for complete PCBA projects (pcb and components). In this way we avoid unpleasant surprises afterwards.
Be aware of this risk (especially for PCBA series) and anticipate, we would like to look at the risks and discuss the possibilities with you to avoid problems as much as possible.
