myProto Registration Process

This a simple guide that will help you with the processes of account creation, identification and all that is needed to properly get started with myProto.

Step 1. Create new user account   

 

Step 2. Verify new user account

  • Head to your corresponding email inbox, where you should have received a confirmation request email. Click on the “Confirm your email address” button in order to confirm your registration
  • In the new myProto window, fill in your phone number and your preferred language of communication
  • Choose your password, click on “Submit” button and you are all set up !

Step 3. Fill in user account data

Once the confirmation process has been completed, you will log in your newly created account. Please, direct to your profile to fill in all required information, by directing to “My Account” button that is in the top right corner, and selecting “My Profile” option. It is highly recommended to save your changes before navigating between the tabs.

  • Account information Tab: They are basic personal data, please include correct phone number, as it can be needed for communication throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Company information Tab: Required information for the billing of your orders.
  • Shipping Address Tab: Required information regarding the shipment of your orders. Shipping and billing
